Amy

Amy is 18 years old and has a severe visual impairment. Over the past year, she became a nationally and internationally classified para-athlete in running.

Running has always been a passion for Amy, but when she was younger, she found it challenging to compete against able-bodied athletes. Her journey began with Parafed Taranaki sessions, which eventually led to the Halberg Games.
